The Best Running Shoes

I found a pair of running shoes that I am in LOVE with. Actually for me they are more like brisk walking shoes. Because let’s be honest – I’m 100 pounds overweight. I’m not running. But running shoes sounds fancier than brisk-out-of-breath-totally-out-of-shape-feels-like-I-may-die walking shoes.

This is about my fifth pair of running shoes since the beginning of the year. I’ve tried a few different brands and then came across these babies at a thrift store for 30 smackaroos:

They are the Zoot Ultra Kalani Running shoes. To say they are amazing is putting it lightly. They are THE BOMB! And there are very few products that get that junior high in the early 90′s phrase seal of approval. They have this spandex-like material on the top, which I love because I’m pretty claustrophobic about lots of stuff on my feet. I own two pairs of socks if that gives you an indication. I’m kinda a flip-flop girl. Also, they have the BEST support!

Like I said, they are the bomb. The bomb diggity to be more exact.
